Scenario-based eLearning Course

This scenario-based eLearning concept project is designed to enhance your customer service skills in high-pressure situations. Through realistic scenarios, you will learn to apply empathy, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. 

This instructor-led synchronous train-the-trainer course was created to produce dynamic instructors to deliver training on emotional intelligence in the workplace. It was designed to help instructors teach employees how to build effective relationships at work by learning about and applying emotional intelligence strategies. 

This in-person comprehensive course utilizes both hands-on practice with a certified copier technician and slide presentations. It was designed to empower participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to navigate, troubleshoot, and maintain copiers effectively, ensuring a seamless and productive document management experience within the school environment. 

I designed this self-paced eLearning course module on emotional intelligence in the workplace and developing self-awareness. This course was designed to help employees become more self-aware in order to develop themselves personally and enhance their workplace performance. 

Document Based Job-Aid

This job-aid was designed to help service technicians perform standard operating (SOP) procedures on multi-function printers during  service calls. I designed and developed this project to showcase my skills in visual design, usability, accessibility, and task analysis. 

Interactive Multimedia Elements 

I created this website showcasing interactive multimedia elements to demonstrate a thoughtful and andragogical approach to instructional design. The chosen topic of winter provides a thematic context for exploring and presenting diverse media forms, enhancing engagement and learning outcomes for the audience.
